Pricing & payments
Pricing & payments
The same payment terms apply to both the general and specialized roadmaps.
Stage cost
$300 per stage
Each stage lasts 6 months.
How payments work
- Upfront payment: $100 at the start of the stage.
- Remaining balance: scheduled in custom installments agreed with Etkan.
Moving forward
A student cannot move to the next stage or course until the full amount due from the previous course is paid, including any penalties.
Late or missed payments
- Missing a scheduled payment without notifying Etkan in advance adds a $5 penalty per missed schedule.
- If a student is late on payments while receiving financial aid, that aid may be affected.
Working with Etkan
If a student works with Etkan, earnings are deducted from the amount still due.

- Stage 1 — Intro to mechatronics: 3 courses
- Stage 2 — Mechanic and power: 3 courses
- Stage 3 — Development: 3 courses
- Stage 4 — Project structure: 4 courses
- Stage 5 — PCB design: 6 courses
- Stage 6 — Machining and DFM for product: 3 courses
No. A student should first finish the general roadmap. If they completed an equivalent path alone—through another organization or self-learning—they should call Etkan management to complete the required steps before they can be allowed into the specialization roadmap.
